    💬 The story behind the product

    I had 12 Excel files and zero visibility.

    Before SmartLeads Expert, I was a real estate agent in Dubai — like you. Every day, I spent 3 to 4 hours re-entering contacts from business card photos, copying and pasting leads between Excel files, and sending follow-ups manually on WhatsApp.

    Existing tools were either too generic (Zoho, HubSpot — built for any industry), or too complex and expensive (Salesforce — for teams of 200). Nobody was building something for us — Dubai agents, with our local portals, our international clientele, and our need to manage everything in French and English.

    So I built the tool I wish I had. SmartLeads Expert is the tool I use every day to manage my own business.

    With over a decade of experience in Dubai real estate — including years at Imtiaz Developments — and expertise in AI automation via MyPropulse AI, I built SmartLeads Expert so every Dubai agent can work like the best teams on the market, regardless of agency size.
